men då steig trolli upp or djupaste sjø,
det gjalla i berg og det runga i sky
då slo han si harpe til bonns i sin harm,
og utvinner krafti av trollenes arm

The Ownership Model
The motivation:
Having been motivated by the lack of intelligence required by Coms in IT, that stronger survival skills were in need to cope with the speed of the technology, I had co-discovered a model called The Ownership model that can be said to be a primitive version of Internal Entrepreneurship.
The application domain: Nexum was a base for such a model and I almost successfuly implemented this model there. The model is presumably still in use.
The results:
Negative: Clashes of authority, resolved by the common understanding and the skill benefits.
Positive: Fast completion of tasks.
